基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗小儿慢性咳嗽可视化分析

目的 探索中医药治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的发展历程和当前的研究热点，为中医药治疗小儿慢性咳嗽提供参考。方法 在中国知网中搜索中医药治疗小儿慢性咳嗽相关的期刊文献，通过CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析，包括发文量、作者、发文机构、关键词共现、关键词聚类、聚类时间线。结果 共纳入851篇文献，时间跨度为1973–2022年，发文量大致呈上升趋势；发文作者以团队合作多见，形成以王雪峰、侯江红、宋桂华等为核心的合作团队；发文机构以学校和附属医院合作为主，跨省合作以天津、北京、河南为主；关键词显示468个节点，聚类分为18类，时间线提示90年代后研究重点逐渐呈现多样化。结论 该领域目前以中医内、外治的疗效观察及名医经验为主要研究内容，变异性哮喘为主要研究疾病，咳嗽反射的调节或将成为研究新热点，但具体中药药理研究较少，需引起重视。

Visual analysis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pediatric chronic cough based on CiteSpace

Objective To explore the development history and current research hotspots of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic cough in children, and to provide reference for the treatment of chronic cough in children with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The journal literatures related to the treatment of chronic cough in children by traditional Chinese medicine was searched in CNKI, and it was visually analyzed through CiteSpace, including the number of literatures, authors, publishing agencies, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering, and clustering timeline. Results A total of 851 literatures were included, covering the year span from 1973 to 2022, and the number of literatures was generally increasing. The author of the literatures was often seen in teamwork, forming a cooperation team with WANG Xuefeng, HOU Jianghong, SONG Guihua, etc. as the core. The issuing institutions were mainly based on the cooperation between schools and affiliated hospitals, and the inter-provincial cooperation was mainly in Tianjin, Beijing and Henan. The keywords showed 468 nodes, the clusters were divided into 18 categories, and the timeline suggested that the research focus has gradually diversified after the 1990s. Conclusion At present, the observation of internal and external treatment efficacy and the experience of famous doctors in this field are mainly researched, and variable asthma is the main research disease, and the regulation of cough reflex may become a new research hotspot, but there are few specific Chinese medicine pharmacology studies, which need attention.
