牙列缺损伴错颌畸形修复前正畸治疗的美容效果

目的 分析牙列缺损伴错颌畸形患者修复前正畸治疗的美容效果。方式 选取2019年2月-2021年 10月我院收治的86例牙列缺损伴错颌畸形患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。对照组 采用常规修复治疗，观察组采用修复前正畸治疗，比较两组临床疗效、牙周指标、牙齿恢复情况、功能及 美观度、舒适度评分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%，高于对照组的74.42%（P＜0.05）；观察组治 疗后探诊深度、出血指数及菌斑指数均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组牙齿咬合良好率、牙齿排列整齐 率、前牙覆盖良好率均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组语言功能、咀嚼功能及固定功能、美观度、舒适满 意度评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对牙列缺损伴错颌畸形患者修复前行正畸治疗的效果确切，可 对效改善牙齿功能，有利于恢复牙齿咬合关系，同时满足了患者对牙齿美观度的需求，值得临床应用。

Cosmetic Effect of Orthodontic Treatment Before Dentition Defect with Malocclusion Repair

Objective To analyze the cosmetic effect of orthodontic treatment before repair in patients with dentition defect and malocclusion. Methods A total of 86 patients with dentition defect and malocclusion admitted from February 2019 to October 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional repair, and the observation group was treated with orthodontic treatment before repair. The clinical efficacy, periodontal index, tooth recovery and function, aesthetics and comfort scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%, which was higher than 74.42% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the probing depth, bleeding index and plaque index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The rate of good occlusion of teeth, the rate of neat arrangement of teeth and the rate of good coverage of anterior teeth in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of language function, chewing function, fixation function, aesthetics and comfort satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Orthodontic treatment before repair is effective for patients with dentition defect and malocclusion, which can effectively improve tooth function, help restore tooth occlusion, and meet the needs of patients for tooth aesthetics. It is worthy of clinical application.
