硅胶假体植入同期结合自体脂肪颗粒移植在乳房整形中的应用效果

目的 观察硅胶假体植入同期结合自体脂肪颗粒移植在乳房整形中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年 10月-2022年6月于我院行乳房整形的54例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各 27例。对照组采用硅胶假体植入，观察组在对照组基础上给予自体脂肪颗粒移植，比较两组临床手术指标、 胸部隆起值、乳房整形效果满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组手术时间长于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组 术中出血量、伤口愈合时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；观察组术后1、3、6个月胸部隆起值均 大于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组乳房大小、松弛状态、乳房对称性、乳房形态满意度评分均高于对照组 （P ＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为7.41%，低于对照组的18.52%（P ＜0.05）。结论 硅胶假体植入同期结 合自体脂肪颗粒移植在乳房整形中的应用效果确切，可改善乳房形态，提高患者的乳房整形满意度，降低 胸部隆起值，使胸围保持相对稳定，且术后并发症发生几率较小，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Silicone Prosthesis Implantation Combined with Autologous Fat Granule Transplantation in Breast Plastic Surgery

Objective To observe the application effect of silicone prosthesis implantation combined with autologous fat granule transplantation in breast plastic surgery. Methods A total of 54 patients who underwent breast plastic surgery in our hospital from October 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 27 cases in each group. The control group was implanted with silicone prosthesis, and the observation group was given autologous fat granule transplantation on the basis of the control group. The clinical operation indexes, chest uplift value, breast surgery result satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss and wound healing time between the two groups (P >0.05). The chest bulge value of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 1, 3 and 6 months after operation (P <0.05). The satisfaction scores of breast size, relaxation state, breast symmetry and breast shape in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.41%, which was lower than 18.52% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of silicone prosthesis implantation combined with autologous fat granule transplantation in breast plastic surgery is effective, which can improve breast shape, improve patients'' satisfaction with breast plastic surgery, reduce chest uplift value, keep chest circumference relatively stable, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. It is worthy of clinical application.
