舒适化护理干预在牙齿美白手术中的应用效果

目的 探讨舒适化护理干预在牙齿美白术中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年7月-2021年12月于贵州某三级口腔医院综合科就诊的40例美牙患者为研究对象，随机分为试验组和对照组，各20例。对照组采用常规护理干预，试验组采用舒适化护理干预，比较两组血压水平、疼痛评分、手术时间、术中暂停次数及满意度评分。结果 两组收缩压及舒张压比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；试验组手术时间短于对照组，术中暂停次数少于对照组，疼痛评分低于对照组，满意度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 舒适化护理干预在牙齿美白手术中的应用效果确切，可有效缩短操作用时，减少术中暂停次数，减轻患者疼痛程度，有利于提高护理满意度。【关键词】舒适化护理；牙齿美

Application Effect of Comfortable Nursing Intervention in Tooth Whitening Surgery

Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing intervention in tooth whitening. Methods From July 2019 to December 2021, 40 patients with dental beauty who were treated in the general department of a tertiary stomatological hospital in Guizhou were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 20 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was treated with comfortable nursing intervention. The blood pressure level, pain score, operation time, intraoperative suspension times and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups (P>0.05). The operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, the number of intraoperative pauses was less than that of the control group, the pain score was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention is effective in tooth whitening surgery, which can effectively shorten the operation time, reduce the number of intraoperative pauses, reduce the pain degree of patients, and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
