摘    要:目的:研究牙髓伤害性信息在延髓传入的相关部位。方法:将大鼠牙髓机械穿髓后取延髓进行Fos蛋白的免疫组化反应,观察延髓内Fos蛋白的表达部位。结果:Fos样免疫反应阳性神经元主要分布在刺激同侧三叉神经脊束核尾侧亚核以及双侧延髓内脏带(孤束核、腹外侧核及二者之间的网状结构)。结论:三叉神经脊束核尾侧亚核在牙髓伤害性信息传递过程中具有重要作用;延髓内脏带可能参与了调控机械穿髓所致的疼痛应激反应。

Abstract:Objective: To locate the related position of noxious dental pulp sensory input in medulla oblongata. Method: After rats' dental pulp was drilled, their medulla oblongata was taken out and of Fos protein immunohistochemical stain reaction was experimented. The position Fos protein expression was observed. Results: The Fos -like immunoreactive neurons distribued mainly in the spinal trigemi-nal subnucleus caudalis (Vc) ipsilaterally and medullary visceral zone (MVZ, including nucleus solitar-ius, ventrolateral medulla and the reticular formation between them) bilaterally. Conclusion: It was suggested that Vc had an important role in the transmission of noxious dental pulp information, and MVZ might be involved in mediating stress response to noxious stimulation of dental pulp exposure.
