| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肾移植后红细胞免疫促进因子和抑制因子变化规律。方法：采用郭峰方法，对３８例尿毒症患者肾移植后红细胞免疫调节因子进行观察。结果；移植前ＲＦＥＲ与对照组比较，明显降低，而ＲＦＩＲ则明显升高，移植后ＲＦＥＲ和ＲＦＩＲ比移植前分别上升和下降幅芳较大，但仍未恢复至正常水平。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate he changes of immune regulative facotrs of 38 patients with urinaemia after the renal teansplantation. Method: Modified Guo's method was adopted. Result: It was showed that compared with 48 normal subjects, the activity of immune promotive factor of the patients' erythrocytes decreased significantly and the activity of immune inhibitive factor of their erythrocytes increased greatly (P<0. 01) before the transplantation. After the transplantation, the activity of immune promotive factor increased and immune inhibitive factor decreased , but these activties did not reach to normal levels. Conclusion: It is suggested that the immune dysfunctionj of erythrocytes of the patients with urinaemia still exist after the renal transplantation |
