摘    要:目的:了解子弹初速度与肋间血管缝扎对胸部火器伤的影响,建立胸部火器伤动物模型。方法:采用滑镗枪,用0.44g钢珠以不同的初速度从犬右胸壁的腹侧射入,背侧射出。实验组在致伤产先缝扎拟字子弹出入口的上下肋间血管。结果:初速度300m/s组,均能顺利制成犬胸部贯通伤合并血气胸的动物模型。

Abstract:Objective:To study the role of steel ball's initial velocity and ligation of intercostal blood vessels in model of thoracic fire - arm wound and to estabolish a stable experimental animal model of fire - arm wound. Method: After the ligation of intercostal blood vessels of the experimental dogs was perfomed, their right chest walls were shot by steel ball weighing 0. 44g with different initial velo city. Then their vital signs were observed. Result: In the group shot by steel ball with 300m/s initial velocity, every model was successful and mean survial time was over 8h. But in the group with 400m/s initial velocity, no dog could survive more than 8h. Therefore, it is suggested that the animal model of thoracic fire - arm wound can be estabolished through pre - ligation of intercostal blood vessels and shooting steel ball with 300m/s initial velocity at dog's chest wall. Conclusion: This method provides a stable experimental model for studying thoracic fire -arm wound and emergency treatment.
