茶色素治疗消化性溃疡临床疗效观察

目的评估茶色素治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效.方法100例经胃镜诊断的消化性溃疡患者,随机分成两组,每组50例,采用双盲对照观察.治疗组茶色素250mg,2次/日;对照组雷尼替丁150mg,2次/日.4周后胃镜复查.结果100例消化性溃疡患者,失访5例(治疗组3例,对照组2例),95例完成治疗和胃镜复查.根据意图治疗分析(ITT),治疗组治愈率为80%(42/50),对照组治愈率为88%(44/50).两组治愈率经统计学处理无显著差异(P＞0.5).对照组出现4例AST轻度升高,治疗组未见副作用发生.结论茶色素治疗消化性溃疡有良好的效果.

Clinical study on therapeutic effect of tea pigment on peptic ulcer

Aim To observe the therapeutic effect of tea pigment on peptic ulcer.Methods One hundred patients with peptic ulcer endoscopically diagnosed were randomly assigned to two groups,each group was fifty cases.Dobule-blind control was adopted.Therapy group:tea pigment 250 mg,bid;control group:ranitidine 150 mg,bid.After four weeks,they were rechecked endoscopically.Results Five patients dropped out (3 in therapy group,2 in control group).Based on intention-to-treat analysis,the healing rates in therapy group and control group were 80% (42/50),88%(44/50) respectively.There were no significant differences between therapy group and control group (P>0.5).Conclusion Tea pigment has better therapeutic effect on peptic ulcer.
