长春市肺结核病人归口管理调查分析

目的 报告长春市1998年4～6月各级各类综合性医院肺结核病人归口管理情况?方法 调查医疗卫生单位4～6月呼吸内科门诊登记?住院病例?X线胸片检查登记?疫情报告?转诊单并与结防所实际接诊登记?疫情卡核对,无报告者为漏报?结果 86家医院呼吸内科病人343070例,肺结核828例,检出率024%,转诊率603%,接诊率74%,疫情漏报率509%?结论 归口管理,大专院校医院明显优于其它各级各类综合性医院,驻军医院最差,项目县优于非项目县(P<0.05)?

Analysis on situation of pulmonary tuberculosis cases belong to administration survey in Changchun city

Objective In 1998.all kinds of genenal hospital pulmonary tuberculosis patients belong to administration situation was reported in Changchun.Methods Investigate medical unit respirtatory clinic registration,hospitalized cases,X-ray chest film examination registration,epidemic situation report,transfer bill combine with the registration of antituberculosis institute really turn over,epidemic situation card check,no reporters was called fail to report.Results 86 hospital respiratory patients have 343 070 cases,Among them.tuberculosis patients are 828 cases.The rate of examination;transfer diagnosis,turn over,epidamic situation fail to report are 0.24%,60.3%,74.0%,50.9% respectively.Conclusions For the belong to carry out,university and college hospitals is superior of all kinds of general hospital.The military hospital is the worst.Item county is superior to non-item county( P<0.05) .
