| 摘 要： | 目的了解膀胱截石位术后不良反应及原因,提出相应的预防措施。方法回顾性分析本院手术室从2005年6月～2006年5月间45例膀胱截石位患者的临床资料。结果45例患者术后情况良好,没有一例出现不良反应。结论对膀胱截石位患者制定相应的预防措施,可提高手术的安全性,减少不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective For understanding the reasons for adverse reactions of bladder lithotomy position and the corresponding preventive measures. Methods Retrospectivly analyzing the clinical data of 45 patients with bladder lithotomy position from June 2005 to May 2006 in our hospital. Results 45 cases of patients recovered well with none of adverse reactions. Conclusion Appropriate preventive measures for patients with bladder lithotomy position can improve the safety of surgery and to reduce the adverse reactions. |
