| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性肺心病急性发作的临床疗效。方法：治疗组28例用中、西药治疗,对照组27例只用西药治疗,治疗10天后比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组综合疗效及PaCO2、超敏CRP、血黏度、PaO2等指标改善均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭急性发作效果较好。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on acute episode ofheart failure induced by chronic pneumocardial disease treated with combination of TCM and western medicine.Method：28 cases were treated with combination of TCM and western medicine as the study group while the control group were only treated with western medicine.After 10 days of the treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Result：The comprehensive therapeutic effect and the improvement of the indexes,such as PaCO2,Hypersensitive CRP,blood viscosity,PaO2,etc of the study group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combination of TCM and western medicine has good effect on acute episode ofHeart Failure Induced by chronic pneumocardial disease. |
