| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对开封县居民1988年至2003年的死因资料进行了分析,了解导致居民早死的主要死因及其危害程度,为居民的疾病防治工作提供依据.方法：运用PYLL统计方法对1988年至2003年开封县居民潜在寿命减少年数进行了分析.结果：男性PYLL率普遍高于女性,男、女性的寿命损失已是损伤与中毒、心脑血管病、恶性肿瘤为主.这3种主要死因的PYLL占全死因的72.9%.不同时间段相比,损伤与中毒和肿瘤的PYLL率无明显变化.结论：影响开封县居民健康和寿命的主要疾病是损伤与中毒、心脑血管病、恶性肿瘤,今后应采取切实可行的措施坚强对这三种疾病的综合防治. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To know main death cause of Kaifeng residents from 1988 to 2003 by analyzing the data of death cause.Methods:The reduce of potential life span in kaifeng residents from 1988 to 2003 was analyzed by PYLL statistical method between the male and female.Results:The life span reduced significantly in injury and poisoning,cardialvescular diseases and cancer which accounted for 72.9% of all causes of death,in male and female.PYLL rate in male was higher than those in female in all diseases.There is no significant change in PYLL rate in different time.Conclusion:Main causes of reduce of potential life span are injury and poisoning,cardialvescular diseases and cancer which will be focused on to prevent in the future. |
