717离子交换树脂对L-组氨酸的吸附及应用

摘    要:目的确定717树脂从碱性氨基酸粗提液中分离L 组氨酸的工艺条件。方法采用静态吸附实验。测定吸附动力学曲线确定吸附达到平衡时间;测定吸附等温线确定吸附的适宜温度和最大吸附量;测定不同pH条件下的吸附量确定吸附的适宜pH值;测定Cl-浓度对吸附量的影响,分析阴离子的存在对吸附的影响。结果30min可达到吸附平衡;吸附可在常温下进行,最大吸附量约为85 g·kg-1;吸附的适宜pH值约为8 0~9 0 ;氯离子对吸附的影响很大。结论采用717离子交换树脂可以将L 组氨酸与L 赖氨酸的交叉洗脱液中的L 组氨酸分离出来

Abstract:Objective To research the separation process of L-histidine from eluted solution,which including L-histidine and L-lysine,by 717 ion exchange resin.Methods The adsorptive equilibrated time was found by the measurement of adsorptive kinetic curve.The suitable temperature and the largest adsorptive capacity were found by measuring isotherm curves.The suitable pH value was found by investigating the effect of pH on the adsorptive capacity.The effect of Cl~- ion concentration on the adsorptive capacity was detected by adsorptive experiment.Results The equilibrated time is 30 min,the suitable pH is between 8.0~9.0 and suitable temperature is room temperature,the adsorptive capacity decreases sharply with the increasing of Cl~- ion concentration in solution.Conclusion L-histidine may be separated from eluted solution including L-histidine and L-lysine using 717 ion exchange resin.
