| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声在膀胱癌和肾癌普查中的价值。方法：在憋尿的条件下，用3．5MHZ的探头对10000名健康体检的人员进行常规泌尿系统检查，对可疑病例建议做膀胱镜、CT检查及随诊。结果：7名可疑膀胱癌和3名肾癌患者中，经手术和病理证实，膀胱移行细胞癌6例，膀胱乳头状瘤1例，肾细胞癌2例，所检出的癌症患者占全部受检者的0．08％。结论：超声在健康体检中对膀胱癌和肾癌的早期发现，早期诊断及早期治疗具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the value of ultrasonography general examination in bladder carcinoma and renal carcinoma.Methods:We examined urological system of 10,000 subjects underwent the healthy physical examination with 3.5MHz probe,and suggested the suspected cases perform urethrascope and CT examination.Result:Among 7 suspected bladder carcinomas and 3 renal carcinomas,there were 6 transitional cell carcinoma of bladder,1 bladder papilloma and 2 renal cell carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology.The detctable rate of carcinoma was 0.08%.Conclusion:Ultrasonography play important role in the early discovery,cliagnosis and treatment for blader carcinoma and renal. |
