变形链球菌诱导兔牙髓炎动物模型

目的:建立符合人类牙髓炎病理学特征的实验动物模型。方法:选用20只健康新西兰大白兔,按时间分为1,3,5,7d四组;每只兔采用自身对照的方法,在兔2颗下颌前牙舌面钻孔,1颗置入生理盐水(对照组)、1颗置入变形链球菌(实验组),于术后1,3,5,7d各处死动物5只;观察兔牙髓炎症形成情况。结果:实验组于实验第3天、对照组于实验第5天出现牙髓炎症,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生理盐水和变形链球菌均可诱导牙髓炎形成,但后者诱导的牙髓炎模型与人类牙髓炎病理特征更接近。

Streptococcus mutans induced pulpitis models of rabbit teeth

Objective：To establish experimental animal models coincided with pathological character of human pulpitis.Methods：A total of 20 health rabbits were selected for this study,they were divided into four groups：the 1st,3rd,5th,7th day group according to experimental interval.Every rabbit mandible anterior teeth were divided into experimental groups and control groups on the basis of own control randomly;drilling in lingual surface of two mandible anterior teeth of rabbits,one group was smeared with normal sodium（control group）and another with streptococcus mutans（experimental group）randomly.Five rabbits were killed on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th postoperative day.Pulpitis model was observed respectively.Results：Pathological characteristic of pulpitis could be found on the 3rd postoperative day in experimental groups and the 5th postoperative day in control groups.Chi square test showed that there was statistical significance in two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions：Animal model of streptococcus mutans induced pulpitis is similar to human pulpitis pathology.
