五氧化二钒对大鼠的致畸性及敏感期的研究

摘    要:本文报道用V_2O_5给Wistar大鼠腹腔注射,经1次、多次及整个器官形成期连续染毒的三种方法,以探讨V_2O_5对大鼠的致畸性及作用的敏感期。结果显示:无论是1次或多次染毒,钒对大鼠均具有致畸性、生长发育延缓、胎鼠致死等发育毒性(包括无明显母体毒性情况下),但作用敏感期不很明显。

Abstract:Pregnant Wistar rats wereadministered with vanadium pentoxide(V_2O_5) in three different ways single in-traperitoneal injection (ip) of V_2O_5 5mg/kgondays 9, 10, and 11 of gestation; ip 5mg/kg/day on days 9-12 of gestation; and ip3mg/kg/day on days 6-15 of gestation.The results showed that the female ratshad such toxic symptoms as decreasedweight gain, increase fetal mortality,decreased fetal weight and crown-rump,retarded ossification of the bone, incresedincidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage, ribwavy, dilation of lateral ventricles and re-nal pelvis in the two groups, i.e., on days6-15, and 9-12 of gestation,Decreased weightgain, increased incidence of subcuta-neous hemorrhage and visceral anomalieswere found on day 11 of gestation group.Increased ncidence of fetal death, retard-ed ossification of the bone on day 10 ofgestation group; and increased incidenceof subuctaneous hemorrhage and visceralanomalies on days 9, and 10 of gestationwere observed. These data suggest thatV_2O_5 can induce teratogenicity in Wistarrat with or without obvious maternal to-xicity. There was no obvious teratogenicsensitive period of V_2O_5 on embryo, butas for single treatment. it was more sen-sitive on gestation day 10 than on gesta-tional day 11 or 9; as for multi-treatment,it was more sensitive on days 9-12 thanon days 6-15 of gestation for teratogeni-city and fetal death. It is suggested thatV_2O_5 may act mainly on the middle orlate stage of organogenctic period.
