妊娠晚期羊水过少的临床分析

目的:探讨妊娠晚期羊水过少对母婴围生期结局的影响,分析其相关影响因素,为今后产科妊娠晚期羊水过少的治疗提供依据。方法:回顾性分析2008年7月—2009年7月我院产科收治的124例羊水过少患者和同期124例羊水量正常孕妇的临床资料,按照其羊水量分为羊水过少组和正常对照组。结果:羊水过少高发生于≥40周,与正常对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);羊水过少组选择剖宫产、出现妊娠合并症、胎儿宫内窘迫、羊水粪染和新生儿窒息率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);羊水过少组的新生儿出生评分显著低于羊水量正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:羊水过少对母婴均有不良影响,最好选用剖宫产分娩终止妊娠。

Oligohydramnios in Late Pregnancy Clinical Analysis of

Objective：To investigate the third trimester of pregnancy of oligohydramnios on maternal and infant perinatal outcomes of the impact analysis of the related factors for the future of obstetric third trimester oligohydramnios therapy.Methods：A retrospective analysis in July 2008-July,2009 in admitted to our hospital 124 cases of obstetric oligohydramnios patients and normal amniotic fluid volume over the same period 124 cases of patients with clinical data,in accordance with its amniotic fluid volume is divided into oligohydramnios group and the normal control group.Results：Oligohydramnios occurred in the high ≥ 40 weeks,compared with the normal control group,statistically significant difference（P 0.05）;Oligohydramnios Group chose cesarean section,there pregnancy complications,fetal distress,meconium-stained amniotic fluid and the neonatal asphyxia was significantly higher than the normal control group（P0.05）;Oligohydramnios group birth rates were significantly lower than amniotic fluid volume and normal control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Oligohydramnios on maternal and child has a negative impact,the best choice of cesarean section delivery termination of pregnancy.
