165例慢型克山病五年疗效分析

目的:探讨慢型克山病治疗、管理和生活指导方法,以提高患者存活率,降低病死率。方法:选择旬邑县、富县、商州区在册登记和每年线索调查新检出心功能失代偿Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级及有严重快速性心律失常的慢型克山病病人,采取传统药物洋地黄制剂为主的强心、利尿、补钾、支持与对症等综合治疗。结果:患者经过正规合理地治疗后症状、体征消失或减轻,心功能得到明显改善和好转。165例慢型克山病临床治愈33.9%;显著好转37.6%;好转28.5%;总有效率100%。对延长患者寿命,提高存活率,降低病死率很有裨益。结论:坚持对慢型克山病家庭病床治疗,管理和生活指导是目前比较理想的有效途径和方法。

Five-year clinical efficacy analyses of 165 chronic Keshan disease patients

Objective : To srudy therapy, management and life guide for increasing survival rate and decreasing fatality rate of patients. Methods: Patients in Xunyi,Fu,Shangzhou counties,with Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ degree heart dysfunction or severe were selected. Combined clinical therapies were empleyded includes improving heart function by digitalis,which also have functions such as diuresis ,potassium supplimentation and amelioration symptoms . Results : The symptoms and physical signs of the patients were eliminated or relieved after regular treatment.33.9% patients were cured, 37.6% patients were strikinghs improved and 28.5% patients were improved in 165 patients. The total effective rate was 100%. The treatments were benefit to prolong survival time, elevate survival rate and decrease fatality rate. Conclusions: The Family Practice therapy, management and life guide to patients with chronic Keshan disease are effective ways recently.
