幽门螺杆菌尿素酶抗体检测的临床应用评价

目的 对幽门螺杆菌（Hp）尿素酶抗体检测试剂盒（胶体金法）检测幽门螺杆菌感染的特异性、敏感性进行临床评价.方法 随机选取50例有反复腹痛或伴有恶心、呕吐等上消化道症状,4周内未经治疗或已停服抗生素、铋剂、H2受体拮抗剂和质子泵抑制剂等对Hp检测有影响药物的门诊、住院患者.同时予14C-尿素呼气试验和血清学抗体检测尿素酶抗体.以14C-尿素呼气试验的结果为金标准,与胶体金法的检测结果相比较.结果 胶体金法的检测结果与14C-尿素呼气试验无统计学差异（x2=0.67,P＞0.05）,灵敏度达84.62％,特异度为91.67％,总符合率88％.结论 胶体金尿素酶抗体检测操作简便、快捷,具有较高的灵敏度和特异性,可以用作幽门螺杆菌感染患者的筛查试验.

The clinical evaluation of the kit for the detection of helicobacter pylori urease antibody

Objective To evaluate the sensibility and specificity of the kit used in the detection of helicobacter pylo- ri （ H. pylori） infection. Methods 50 patients were selected in the digestive department. The Hp urease antibody was detected by colloidal gold method. Correlation analysis was carried out between 14C - UBT and colloidal gold method. Results There was no significant statistical difference of the positive rate of H, pylori between the two methods. The sensibility was 84. 62 % and the specificity was 91.67%. The correlation analysis of the two methods was 88%. Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of the colloidal gold method were high and it was an easy, convenient ,inexpensive and reliable test to perform.
