螺旋CT在急性胰腺炎诊断中的应用价值

目的:提高对急性胰腺炎的诊治水平。方法:对经临床和手术明确诊断的68例急性胰腺炎CT表现进行分析评价。结果:68例中CT诊断为急性水肿型胰腺炎48例,急性坏死型胰腺炎20例,其中3例经手术证实,65例经临床、实验室及腹腔穿刺证实。结论:CT是诊断急性胰腺炎的简便、有效的方法,特别是增强扫描对鉴别急性胰腺炎的病变类型具有很高的敏感性。

Accuracy of CT in the Diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis

Objective In order of improve diagnostic level of Acute Pancreatitis.Methods To evaluate the CT shows of 68 case Acute pancreatitis were described by the operation and clinical symptoms.Results 48 cases of acute edema-tpe pancreatitis and 20 cases of acute necrosis type pancreatitis and abdominal by CT in 68 cases.3 cases were proved through clinical symptoms and laboratory and abdominal cavity puncture.Conclusion CT is an easy and effective way.Especially,the enhancement scan has high accuracy for identifying the types of lesions in acute pancreatitis.there it is worthy to be selected firstly.
