健康教育对痛风患者营养知识知信行的影响

摘    要:目的评估健康教育对痛风患者营养知识-态度-行为(KAP)的影响,为开展营养健康教育及干预提供依据。方法通过自制表的形式调查痛风患者在接受营养健康教育前后的营养KAP水平。结果初入院痛风患者营养KAP水平低,接受营养健康教育后患者的营养KAP水平提高,前后对比具有统计学意义。结论营养健康教育是改善痛风住院患者营养KAP的有效方法,在促进疾病康复方面具有重要意义。
