| 摘 要： | 医学硕士研究生正逐步成为我国医学生教育的主群体之一，我国医学硕士研究生的培养体制还不够健全。在此浅析医学硕士研究生培养过程中值得重视的几个要素，建议以素质、创新能力和实际工作能力为重心，培养符合知识经济时代的全方位高层次人才。

The educational system for graduate student in medicine in China remains to be improved.to meet the goal of producing a large number of qualified physicians.Personality,manner,innovation ability,clinical training should be emphasized in the whole process of training. |
