| 摘 要： | 采用间歇逐级探条扩张治疗腐蚀性食管炎狭窄2例。结果：1例扩张治疗5次后至15mm，再维持扩张7次，饮食逐渐恢复正常，体重增加20kg，随访1a无狭窄；1例扩张治疗4次后至11mm，饮食恢复可进半固体食物，体重增加12kg，经3月随访未再次狭窄。体会：探条扩张器适用于腐蚀性食管炎狭窄的扩张治疗；逐级间隙增加扩张直径，有利于预防并发症的发生和避免扩张后的再狭窄。结论：间歇逐级探条扩张治疗法为腐蚀性食管炎狭窄治疗提供了一种可选择的有良好治疗效果的方法。

| Abstract: | The experience of treating 2 patients complicated with esophageal stricture caused by caustic esophagitis by probe intermittent gradual dilatation was introduced. Results: Regarding the first patients, the diameter of esophagus increased to 15?mm after 5 times distending. In the following 7 times esophagus distending treatment, the patient could gradually eat normal food, and the weight increased 20?kg. No esophageal stricture has be founded for 1 year followed up . After 4 times distending, the second patient could eat semisolid food and the weight increased 12?kg, the diameter of esophagus increased to 11?mm. No esophageal stricture was founded after 3 months follow-up. Experience: Probe dilator is suitable for the treatment of esophageal stricture caused by caustic esophagitis; intermittently and gradually increasing the diameter of esophagus is very useful in preventing complications and avoiding re-stricture after distending treatment. Conclusion: Probe intermittent gradual dilatation is a useful method in treating esophageal stricture caused by caustic esophagitis. |
