胃癌患者sCD44v6表达与中医证型的关系及胃泰胶囊对其影响

目的 探讨胃癌患者血清可溶性黏附分子CD44v6(sCD44v6)术前水平与不同的组织学参数之间及与中医证型之间的关系，同时观察胃泰胶囊结合化疗对sCD44v6表达的影响。方法 全部入组病例在术前行中医证型分组及治疗前后行sCD44v6检测；对照组(30例)在术后3～4周均接受3～4个周期静脉化疗。试验组(32例)术后在对照组治疗基础上予以胃泰胶囊口服，连服3个月。结果 (1)血清sCD44v6水平与胃癌分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移呈显著正相关。(2)sCD44v6水平血瘀证最高，和脾虚证、湿热证比较差异有显著性。(3)结束治疗后试验组血清sCD44v6含量明显低于对照组。结论 (1)血清sCD44v6可作为胃癌的发展、预后指标，同时也可以作为抗胃癌转移的治疗靶标。(2)血清sCD44v6和血瘀证、脾虚证存在着一定的相关性。(3)胃泰胶囊配合化疗能够进一步抑制胃癌患者血清sCD44v6的表达、

Relationship between sCD44v6 Expression and TCM Defferenfiation Type of Gastric Carcinoma Patients and Influence of Weitai Capsule on the Expression

Objective To explore the relationship of TCM type with serum level of soluble CD44v6 (sCD44v6) and different histologic parameters in gastric carcinoma patients and to observe the influence of Weitai capsule (WTC) on the sCD44v6 expression. Methods TCM typing and sCD44v6 expression were determined in all the enrolled patients (30 in the control and 32 in the trial group) before operation, and 3 4 courses of chemotherapy was applied to them from 3 4 weeks after operation. To the patients of trial group, oral administration of WTC was given additionally with 4 capsules, 3 times a day for consecutive 3 months. Results The serum level of sCD44v6 was significantly positive correlated with the degree of cance r cell differentiation, infiltration and lymph node metastasis; (2) Level of sCD 44v6 was the highest in patients of blood stasis type, as compared with that in the patients of Pi deficiency type or of damp heat type, the difference was si gn ificant; (3) After ending treatment, level of sCD44v6 in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion KG1 (1) Serum level of sCD44v6 could be taken as the criterion for evaluating the development and p rognosis of gastric cancer, as well as the therapeutic target for anti metastas i s treatment; (2) Serum level of sCD44v6 is related to some extent with TCM type of blood stasis and Pi deficiency; (3) WTC combined with chemotherapy could fur ther inhibit the expression of serum sCD44v6 in gastric carcinoma patients.
