临床与保健和健康教育相结合的高危儿早期干预模式及效果分析

目的:探讨高危儿早期干预模式,并进行疗效分析。方法:以我院出生的高危儿作为研究对象,分为干预组和未干预组,并以同期出生的正常新生儿作为对照组,干预组采用临床、保健和健康教育相结合的高危儿早期干预模式,3组小儿定期随访,并于1岁时采用婴儿智能发育量表(CDCC)作评估。结果:干预组患儿在1岁时,其智力发育指数(MDI)、运动发育指数(PDI)均较未干预组为高,两组相比,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01),可达对照组水平(P>0.05)。干预组的后遗症发生率为5.6%(3/53),而未干预组的后遗症发生率为23.5%(8/34),两组在预后方面差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床、保健和健康教育相结合的早期干预模式具有非常好的康复效果,值得推广。

Analysis on early intervention of combination of clinical cure, health care, and health education on high risk infants

Objective:To explore the working mode of early intervention of high risk infants, and to analyze the effects of the early intervention.Methods:High risk infants from Zhuhai Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were randomly selected as intervention group and non-intervention group.Normal infants with similar age were selected as control group.Clinic cure, health care and health education were combined into the early intervention.All infants in 3 groups were followed up periodly and were tested by CDCC when they were 1 year old.Results:The MDI and PDI of intervention group were significantly higher than those of non-intervention group (P<0.01).The rate of sequela of intervention group(5.6%) was significantly lower than that(3.6%) of the non-intervention group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The mode of early intervention of combination of clinic cure, health care and health education is proved to be effective, and it deserves being spread widely.
