| 摘 要： | 用大鼠冠状动脉结扎──再通法制造缺血再灌注损伤模型，观察三组中药对此模型的心肌细胞保护作用，探索中药对心肌超微结构变化和Ca2+分布特点的作用机理。结果三组中药（尤其活血化瘀法）能使心肌超微结构明显改善，减轻心肌细胞钙的沉积，同时也降低了CPK的含量。提示：中药复方改善心功能，其中一个主要机理为减轻细胞内Ca2+的超载，增强了细胞的生理功能。

| Abstract: | By using rat cardiac ischemia- reperfusion injury model, the effect of myocardial protection in three recipes of Chinese herbs were studied. The aim for this was to search for some mechanism of Chinese herbs on cardiac ultrastructure and Ca2+redistribution. The results demonstrated that three recipes of Chinese herbs (especially for activeting blood circulation and removing blood stasis recipe) can improve the myocardial ultrastracture and relieve the deposition of Ca2+ in myocardiac function, in which, one of the main mechanism was to relieve Ca2+ overload in cells and enhance the physiological function as well. |
