某医科大学学生防晒知识知晓和防晒品使用情况调查分析

目的 了解某医科大学学生对防晒知识的知晓情况和防晒用品的使用情况.方法 以班级为单位整群选取某医科大学学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方法对医学生防晒知识的知晓情况和防晒用品的使用情况进行抽样调查,对得到的资料采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析.结果 736名医学生中,女生有405名;生源地为城市的有230名;25.41%的学生有过日晒伤,男女生之间在日晒伤方面的比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=14.15,P＜0.001);91.44%(673/736)的医学生认为紫外线对人体有害,男、女在紫外线危害的认识方面的差异具有统计学意义(χ2=14.14,P＜0.001);77.17%的医学生不知道SPF(Sun Protection Factor)和PA(Protection of UVA)的意义,来自城市的学生与来自农村的学生之间的差异具有统计学意义(χ2=32.68,P＜0.001);性别、肤质和日晒伤情况对医学生的防晒品使用情况有影响.结论 该校医学生的防晒知识水平有限,防晒用品的使用率较低,应加强对防晒知识教育.

The investigation and analysis of the awareness of sun protection knowledge and the use of sunscreen in students of a medical university

Objective To understand the awareness of sun protection knowledge and the use of sunscreen in students of a medical university.Methods Students of a medical university are random selected and checked by questionnaires,which are designed to test the awareness of sun protection knowledge and the use of sunscreen.The obtained data was analyzed with SPSS software.Results 736 medical students were accepted,including 405 girls and 230 students who came from the city.We found 25.41% of the students had sunburns,there is a significant difference between boys and girls(χ2=14.15,P<0.001).673 students think that ultraviolet is harmful for us,there is a significant difference between boys and girls(χ2=14.15,P<0.001).77.17% of the students did not know what SPF and PA mean,there is a significant difference between students from the city and students from rural areas(χ2=32.68,P<0.001).The use of sunscreen can be influenced by gender of medical students,living expenses,nature of the skin and sunburn situation of medical students.Conclusion The levels of the sun protection knowledge of medical students were limited.the sunscreen usage of the students is very low.The university should strengthen the education on sun protection knowledge.
