洛赛克在脑出血并发应激性溃疡上消化道出血的应用

目的应用洛赛克治疗脑出血并发应激性溃疡上消化出血.方法用洛赛克治疗64例脑出血并发应激性溃疡上消化道出血,用西米替丁治疗50例作为对照组,用胃管抽了胃液监测临床效果.结果洛赛克组,总有效率93.8%,西米替丁组,总有效率38.0%,两组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01).结论洛赛克是一种新型的胃酸泵抑制剂,它可以抑制胃酸分泌的最后步骤,使胃酸分泌减少,使胃酸pH值上升.能有效地治疗应激性溃疡上消化道出血.

The Effect of Losec on Upper Stress Ulcer Gastrointestinal Blccding FollowingCerebral Hemorrhage

Objective: The use of losec in the treatment of upper stress ulcer gastrointestinal bleeding following cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Contrasting the treatment of 64 cases of upper stress ulcer gastrointestinal bleeding cerebral hemorrhage by using losec with the treatment of 50 similar cases by using cimetidinc, and monitoring their effects by examining the gastric juice gained by gastric duct. Effects: The general rate of efficacy by using losec amounts to 93. 8%, while that by using cimetidinc amounts to only 38%, the results of the two groups show great contrast (P< 0.01). Conclusion: Being a new gastric pump in hibitor, losec is able to inhibit the last step of the gastric secretion, reduce its amount and raise its pH value, and is therefore able to cure effectively the upper stress ulcer gastrointestinal bleeding following cerebral hemorrhage.
