胃咽吻合术在晚期喉咽-颈段食管癌手术中的应用--附3例报告

目的探讨胃咽吻合术在晚期喉咽癌和颈段食管癌手术中的应用。方法回顾性分析我院收治的3例行胃咽吻合术患者的临床资料。结果3例中男2例，女1例，年龄分别为41、68、34岁。2例颈段食管癌，1例喉咽-颈段食管癌。3例患者均行全喉-侯咽-颈段食管切除术，胃上提胃咽吻合术，术后获得较好吞咽功能。2例健在，其中1例术后22个月，1例术后1个月：1例术后16个月出现全身转移死亡。结论胃咽吻合术对晚期喉咽癌和颈段食管癌切除后大范围缺损具有较好的一期修复效果。

Application of gastric-pharyngeal anastomosis on advanced hypopharyngeal carcinoma and cervical esophageal carcinoma

Objective To explore the application of gastric-pharyngeal anastomosis on advanced hypopharyngeal carcinoma and cervical esophageal carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of three patients treated by gastric-pharyngeal anastomosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of three patients, two patients were male and one was female with age of 41, 34, 68 years, respectively. Two patients suffered from cervical esophageal carcinoma, and one from hypopharyngeal-cervical esophageal carcinoma. All three cases underwent the surgical treatment with gastric-pharyngeal anastomosis. The function of deglutition in three cases was in a good state after operation. Two patients had been alive for one or 22 month since operation, respectively. The other one died of general metastasis in postoperative 16th month. Conclusion Gastric-pharyngeal anastomosis is beneficial to primarily rehabilitate large-scale hypopharygeal and cervical esophageal defects following removal of advanced hypopharygeal carcinoma and cervical esophageal carcinoma.
