摘    要: 目的 研究穿龙薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷元含量与产地及生长年限的关系,为制定穿龙薯蓣的质量标准提供参考数据。方法 利用ALLTECH高效液相色谱仪测定不同产地及生长年限的穿龙薯蓣样品中薯蓣皂苷元的含量,并用SPSS16.0软件对测定结果进行统计分析。结果 薯蓣皂苷元在0.2~4.0 μg与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=1.711×10-7X+5.084×10-2,r2=0. 999 9,测定了48批穿龙薯蓣样品中薯蓣皂苷元的含量,相同生长年限不同产地样品中薯蓣皂苷元含量呈正态分布,且1年生样品中薯蓣皂苷元含量与2年及3年生相比,差异显著,而2年生与3年生样品中薯蓣皂苷元含量差异不显著。结论 穿龙薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷元含量与产地有一定相关性,且最佳生长年限为2年。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the relations between the habitat, growth years and the content of diosgenin, for formulation of the Dioscorea nipponica’s quality standard. METHODS The contents of diosgenin in Dioscorea nipponica Makino from different habitat and growth years were determined by HPLC. The contents were analyzed statistically SPSS16.0. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear (Y=1.711×10-7X+5.084×10-2,r2=0.999 9) in the range of 0.2~4.0 μg for diosgenin. 48 Kinds of Dioscorea nipponica Makino were analyzed. The contents of diosgenin followed the normal distribution. The contents of diosgenin in 2 and 3 years Dioscorea nipponica Makino were higher than the 1 year Dioscorea nipponica Makino. CONCLUSION The difference of the contents of diosgenin in Dioscorea nipponica Makino, which derived in different habitat and places, is obvious. There are certain relations among the habitat , growth years and the content of diosgenin. The 2 years Dioscorea nipponica Makino was more suitable for harvesting.
