| 摘 要： | 目的:总结分析我院2009年上半年的药品不良反应(ADR)报告,促进临床合理用药,保障患者用药安全。方法:汇总统计上半年上报的177例ADR,分别从患者年龄、性别、给药途径、临床表现、药品种类、严重的ADR及ADR前10位药品等方面进行统计分析。结果:177例ADR报告中,高年龄段(>60岁)发生率高;男女ADR发生率相当;主要给药途径为静脉滴注(占94.35%);涉及的药品共有87种,其中抗感染药物35种(占40.23%),共82例(占46.33%),位居首位;ADR类型主要为皮肤及其附件损害(占45.76%);新的、严重的ADR 45例(占25.42%);ADR排序第1位的是注射用头孢哌酮舒巴坦。结论:医疗机构必须重视药品不良反应,深入开展ADR监测工作。
