摘    要:作者用荧光、极谱和原子吸收光谱法检测出国产西洋参各部位中都含有人体必需常量元素钾、钙、镁、钠和微量元素铁、锌、铜、锰、钴、硒(Ⅳ)、镍、钼,而有毒微量元素铅、镉的含量则较低。所测15种微量元素和其中8种人体必需微量元素的加和量均值,植株地上部分(茎杆、叶、种子)皆高于地下部分(须根、主根、根茎);过去不曾入药的须根、根茎和叶其含量远高于主根。除主根外,其余各部位中微量元素的含量,在国内外是首次单独检测的。

Abstract:Elements K, Ca, K, Mg, Na and trace elements Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Co, Se4+, Ni and Mo in different parts of Panax quinquefolius Linn in China were determined with AAS, polarography fluorescence spectropho-tometry. The results show that these are present in all parts of the plant and the contents of poisonous elements Pb and Cd are very low in content. It is found that the average value of the additive amount of 15 trace elements, including 8 which are essential to human body, is higher in the parts of the plant above the ground (stems, leaves and seeds) than that under the ground (fibrous roots, roots, rhizoma) . The content of trace elements in the fibrous roots, rhizoma and leaves is much higher than that in the roots,and these have never been used as medicine before.With the exception in roots, the content of trace elements in the remaining parts of the plant is for the first time determined independently.
