摘 要: | 目的:观察转化生长因子β超家族(transforming growthfactor-βsuperfamily,TGF-β superfamily)细胞因子细胞内共同的信号转导分子Smad4在人牙胚发育过程中的表达与分布变化,探讨Smad4在牙齿发育过程中的作用。方法:制备人牙胚发育各期标本,免疫组化方法观察。结果:Smad4在牙胚发育的各个时期在特异的时空分布模式。结论:首次观察到Smad4信号分子在人牙胚发育过程中的表达,Smad4作为TGF-β超家族细胞内信号分子,可能参与上皮间充质的相互作用,同时也参与成釉细胞和成牙本质细胞的分化以及牙釉质和牙本质的形成。

THE EXPRESSION AND DISTRIBUTION OF SMAD4 IN HUMAN TOOTH GERM |

Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of Smad4 gene in human tooth germ,and the possible function of Smad4 during human tooth germ development.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining on prepared specimens of different stages of developing human tooth germ was used.Results:Smad4 expression had specific temporal-spatial pattern during tooth germ development.Conclusion:The expression of Smad4 gene in tooth germ was detected in different stages.The results suggest that Smad4,one of the intracellular downstream molecules of TGF-β superfamily,and an inductive signal mediating epithelial-mesenchymal interaction,may regulate the differentiation of ameloblast and odontoblast cells,and modulate dentinogenesis and amelogenesis. |
