| 摘 要： | 为探讨经尿道双极等离子体电切术治疗前列增生症的安全性与有效性，从2005年1月～11月应用PKRP治疗前列眼增生患者45例，并与2004年采用经耻骨上前列腺切除术治疗的66例做比较，报告如下。
