山东省不同身高体质量指数青少年运动素质比较

目的分析不同身高、体质量指数(BMI)青少年运动素质的差异,为制定相应的干预方法和训练措施提供依据。方法依据身高和BMI将7～18岁青少年分为高身材高BMI组、高身材中BMI组、高身材低BMI组、中等身材高BMI组、中等身材中BMI组、中等身材低BMI组、矮身材高BMI组、矮身材中BMI组和矮身材低BMI组,比较不同身高和BMI青少年的运动素质。结果在9组青少年中,中等身材中BMI组运动素质最好,各身高段高BMI组运动素质均较差。结论不同身高、BMI青少年的运动素质差异较大,应采取针对性的干预措施。

Motor Constitution of Adolescents with Different Body Stature and Body Mass Index

Objective To analyze the differences of sports constitution of adolescents with different body stature and body mass index (BMI), and to provide basis for making appropriate intervention measure. Methods The adolescents aged 7-18 were divided into nine groups according to their body stature and BMI: high stature and high BMI group, high stature and middle BMI group, high stature and low BMI group, middle stature and high BMI group, middle stature and middle BMI group, middle stature and low BMI group, low stature and high BMI group, low stature and middle BMI group, and low stature and low BMI group. The differences of motor constitution among nine groups were analyzed. Results In nine groups, the best motor constitution of adolescents was found in middle stature and middle BMI group, and in high BMI groups of all stature level, the motor constitution were lower. Conclusion Significant differences of motor constitution exist among the adolescents with different body stature and BMI. We should take appropriate intervention measures.
