海南粗榧中的苯丙素类化合物及其抗氧化活性

摘    要:目的对海南粗榧的化学成分进行研究。方法采用多种色谱技术进行化合物的分离纯化,利用光谱技术和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。采用DPPH法进行抗氧化活性测试。结果从海南粗榧的乙醇提取物中分离得到3个苯丙素类化合物,分别鉴定为junipediol A(1)、junipediol A 8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2)和junipediol B(3)。结论化合物1~3均为首次从该属植物中分离得到,3个化合物均具有抗氧化活性。

Abstract:Aim To study the chemical constituents from Cephalotaxus hainanensis Li. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography, and their structures were identified by physicochemical and spectral data. Antioxidant activity of all the compounds were tested by DPPH method. Results Three compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Cephalotaxus hainanensis Li., and their structures were elucidated as junipediol A (1), junipediol A 8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), and junipediol B (3). Conclusions All the compounds 1-3 were isolated from the genus of Cephalotaxus for the first time, and all of them showed antioxidation activity
