| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一疾病所产生的经济效果。方法:将139例高血压患者随机分为3组,A组方案为非洛地平;B组方案为非洛地平 氯沙坦;C组方案为非洛地平 海捷亚。运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果:C组方案成本-效果比较低,有效率高。结论:C组方案为较佳方案。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the economic effects of different therapeutic schemes in the treatment of the same illness.Methods:139 out-patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into 3 groups:scheme A(n=44):Feloday;scheme B(n=48):Feloday Cogaar;scheme C(n=47):Feloday Hygaar.The data were evaluated with cost-effectiveness analysis.Results:Scheme C had the lowest cost-effectiveness ratio with highest effective rate.Conclusion:Scheme C is the best one. |
