老年多器官功能衰竭患者氧自由基的变化及意义

摘    要:目的探讨老年多器官功能衰竭患者血中氧自由基的变化及意义。方法检测老年正常对照组(40例)、老年单器官衰竭组(36例)和老年多器官衰竭组(32例)3组对象肘前静脉血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)水平。观察受检者氧自由基的变化及4周内的病死率。结果与正常对照组比较,老年单器官衰竭组和老年多器官衰竭组SOD活力明显降低,MDA水平显著升高(P〈0.01);老年多器官衰竭组SOD活力低于老年单器官衰竭组,MDA水平高于老年单器官衰竭组(P〈0.01)。且老年多器官衰竭组病死率较高(81.25%)。结论老年器官衰竭患者氧化程度与器官衰竭数目密切相关。测定老年多器官功能衰竭患者氧自由基水平,有助于判断病情及估计预后。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the characters and significance on changes of oxygen-derived free radicals in old muti-organ failure patients.Methods 108 patients were divided 3 groups:control group(40 cases),sigle-organ failure group(36 cases),muti-organ failure group(32cases).Superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondic aldehyde(MDA)was determined,the changes of oxygen-derived free radicals and mortality were recorded.Results Compared to control group,the SOD level in both sigle-organ failure group and muti-organ failure group was decreased significantly(P<0.01),while the level of MDA in both sigle-organ failure group and muti-organ failure group was higher significantly(P<0.01).Further more,the SOD level in muti-organ failure group was lower than sigle-organ failure group,the MDA level in muti-organ failure group was higher than sigle-organ failure group(P<0.01).The mortality was higher in muti-organ failure group.Conclusion Determination of oxygen-derived free radicals in patients of muti-organ failure group did good to evaluate status and the prognosis.
