丁香叶中多糖的含量测定

摘    要:目的建立丁香叶中多糖的含量测定方法。方法采用苯酚.硫酸法,以葡萄糖为标准品。在490rim测定多糖的含量。结果葡萄糖在0.00994~0.04964mg·mL^-1。范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程A=35.5543C+0.0158.r=0.9997,平均回收率99.4%,RSD为1.97%。结论方法简便、准确可靠。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish method for the determination of Polysaecharides content in leaves. METHODS The colorimetric method of phenol and sulfuric acid was used to determine the content of polysaccharides at 490nm. Glucose was the standard matter.RESULTS The calibration curve line within the range 0. 00994-- 0. 04964 mg· mL^- 1 for glucose. Regression equation: A = 35. 5543C + 0.0158, r = 0. 9997, average value of recovery rate:99.4 %, RSD: 1.97%. CONCLUSION The method provides to be simple, efficient, sensitive.
