| 摘 要： | 为早期诊断区域性门静脉高压症寻找可靠方法，检验彩色多普勒超声的诊断价值，回顾性分析了三年来经治的７例患者的超声学特征，并制订出诊断标准。结果表明：彩色多普勒超声的诊断正确率为１００％，病因符合率为８５．７％（６／７）。认为：彩色多普勒超声具有无创、易行、准确等优点，是诊断区域性门静脉高压症的首选方法

| Abstract: | In order to find a reliable method for the early diagnosis of regional portal hypertension (RPH) and assess the diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI), the ultrasonographic characteristics of seven patients operated in the last three years were studied retrospectively. A series of ultrasound diagnostic creteria was drawn out. The results indicated that the accurate rate of CDFI in the diagnosis of etiology was 85.7%(6/7) and the correct rate for the diagnosis of RPH is 100%. It is suggested that CDFI is a noninvasive, easy to perform techniyue. It has high accurate rate diagnosis and thus can be the method of first choice to diagnose RPH. |
