| 摘 要： | 痛血康对免动脉和肝脏创伤性出血，小鼠断尾出血和兔、小鼠凝血时间有明显的止血和雌短凝血时间的作用，并拮抗肝素和华法令引起的小鼠病理性出血，效应与剂量相关。

| Abstract: | Applied the TongxueKang(TXK)onto the affected part, inhibited rabbits arteries and livers bleeding from open wounds.The results showed that TXK 0.5～3.0g*kg-1；ig；0.1～0.3g*kg-1，sc，stopped bleeding by cutted mice tail and reduced the clotting time. It also inhibited pathology bleeding by iv heparin ;ig warfarin. The effect was relative with the dosage. |
