| 摘 要： | 基本医疗服务补偿改革是新医改的重要内容、目标和任务，也是难点。机制设计理论为我们研究探索中国医疗改革提供了新思路、新视角。以机制设计理论基本思想和主要观点审视当前政府基本医疗服务补偿机制，并就我国基本医疗服务补偿改革合理引入、运用机制设计理论的启示进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Reform of basic medical services compensation is an important content, objective and task, as well as the difficulty of the new medical reform. Mechanism design theory provides us with new ideas and new perspectives on study and exploration of our medical reform in China. We judged the current compensation mechanism of basic medical services by the government with the basic idea and main points of mechanism design theory. The reasonable introduction of reform of basic medical service in China and enlightenment of the application of mechanism design theory were also discussed. |
