摘    要:目的探讨规律的环境光线刺激对早产儿昼夜节律形成的影响。方法将196例早产儿随机分为实验组(98例)和对照组(98例),对照组行常规护理;实验组在常规护理的基础上用改良式温箱罩,根据正常人体生物钟的规律控制环境光线对早产儿的刺激,观察两组出院后昼夜节律形成的最短时间。结果出院后实验组昼夜节律形成的时间明显短于对照组(p<0.01)。结论改良式温箱罩周期变化的光线利于早产儿的昼夜节律的形成。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of stimulus of ambient light on the formation of Circadian rhythm in preterm infants. Methods 196 preterm infants were divide equally into two groups: experiment group and control group retrospectively. The usual care was done to the control group, while reformed temperature boxies were added to the experiment group. The ambient light was also used to stimulate preterm infants in the experiment group according to normal biologic clock. And to observe difference of Circadian rhythms were observed after discharge form the shor- test time between the two groups. Results Circadian rhythm after discharge form the experimental group was signifi- cantly shorter in the control group (p 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions The' stimulus of ambient light of reformed temperature boxies was benefit the formation of the circadian rhythm in preterm infants.
