| 摘 要： | 随着信息化发展,开展高效、全面的数字化建设已经成为医院的当务之急。根据企业医院改制后面临生存困境,结合我院实际,明确信息化建设的必要性,剖析我院信息化建设现状与发展战略,探讨如何更好地依托数字化平台,用信息化管理模式促进和改变传统管理模式,提升医院的管理水平。
