| 摘 要： | 医院后勤社会化是医院体制改革和发展的需要,探索社会化的医院保洁管理新路子,是值得当今医院管理者研究的课题。本文提出了实行医院、保洁公司双向管理的模式,医院对保洁质量加大监控管理力度,由专门的监管部门根据保洁监管的不同阶段采取重点不同的监督管理方法,使医院的保洁质量上了一个新台阶。
