| 摘 要： | 目的探讨周围神经修复术的ICD-9-CM-3编码。方法通过理解周围神经手术的的具体手术方式,结合类目,来进行正确地手术分类。结果神经缝合术编码为04.3;神经移植术的编码为04.5;神经移位术的编码为04.6;神经Ⅱ期修复术04.76;神经手术后的修复术04.75。结论编码员在对周围神经手术进行编码时,应结合手术记录明确手术具体术式才能得到正确编码。
