化学致癌剂诱发大鼠肝癌过程中凝集素受体的表达

摘    要:①目的探讨卵圆细胞及其分化的过渡细胞与肝癌组织发生之间的关系。②方法用亲和组织化学的方法对化学致癌剂诱发F344大鼠肝癌过程中花生凝集素(PNA)、菜豆凝集素(PHA)、荆豆凝集素(UEA)及大豆凝集素(SBA)受体的表达进行检测。③结果部分卵圆细胞、过渡细胞之PNA,PHA,UEA阳性;正常肝细胞、增生灶、增生结节之PNA,PHA,UEA,SBA均阴性;肝癌组织中PNA,PHA,UEA,SBA均阳性。④结论在致癌剂作用下所出现的卵圆细胞及其分化的过渡细胞,与肝癌细胞具有某些共同的糖结合蛋白。卵圆细胞及过渡细胞是与肝癌发生有关的前体细胞。PNA,PHA,UEA可作为肝癌早期病变的指标

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between oval cell, transitional cells derived from oval cells and hepatocarcinogenesis. Method The expressions of peanut agglutinin(PNA), phasolus vulgaris agglutinin(PHA), ulex europaeus agglutinin(UEA) and soybean agglutinin(SBA) receptors during hepatocarcinogenesis induced by chemical carcinogen were studied with affinitive histochemistry. Result Some of the oval and transitional cells were positive for PNA, PHA and UEA; Normal liver cells, hyperplastic foci and nodules were negative for PNA, PHA, UEA and SBA; Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) was positive for PNA, PHA, UEA and SBA. Conclusion Oval cells induced by carcinogen, and transitional cells derived from oval cells share the same glycoproteins with HCC; Oval cells and transitional cells are the early cells of hepatocarcinogenesis. PNA, PHA and UEA might be used as index of early lesions during experimental hepatocarcinogenesis.
