宫腔镜B超联合诊治子宫角部妊娠17例报告

目的探讨宫腔镜和B超联合应用在诊治子宫角部妊娠中的价值。方法回顾性总结2002年9月～2004年9月间17例子宫角部妊娠应用宫腔镜和B超联合诊治的情况。结果17例子宫角部妊娠均在官腔镜和下腹部B超联合检查下得以确诊，16例行吸宫术治疗取得成功，其中14例一次吸宫成功，2例再次吸宫取得成功。1例术中子宫角部破裂穿孔转腹腔镜手术治愈。术后均得到病理确诊。结论子宫角部妊娠可在宫腔镜和B超的监视下得以确诊并行手术治疗，陈旧性的坏死组织可分次手术，但术中要作好腹腔镜或开腹手术的准备。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Cornual Pregnancy Using Uteroscope Combined with Ultrasound(A Report of 17 Cases)

Objective To assess the effect of uteroscope combined with ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of cornual pregnancy. Methods 17 cases of cornual pregnancy from September 2002 to September 2004 were diagnosed and treated with uteroscope and ultrasound. Result All the cases got the definite diagnosis examed by the combination of uteroscope and ultrasound, uterine aspiration succeeded in 14 cases with 1 attempt and 2 cases in twice attempts, 1 case underwent laparoscopic treatment after uterine perforation from uteroscope. All the diagnosis was pathologically confirmed. Condusion Cornual pregnancy can be diagnosed and treated by the uteroscope and ultrasound, repeated attempt of necrectomy can be indicated with the backup of laparcoscopy or open surgery.
