| 摘 要： | 目的：为探讨普罗布考对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法：对50例冠心病患者采用彩色多普勒仪测定口服普罗布考12周前、后颈动脉粥样斑块的大小,同时,检测服药前、后血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结果：12周后,颈动脉粥样斑块明显缩小。普罗布考对甘油三酯无明显影响,但是血清总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均明显降低。结论：普罗布考可稳定或缩小颈动脉粥样斑块,对冠心病的防治具有重要的临床意义。
