| 摘 要： | 目的 测定药用芦荟中无机盐含量 ,探讨其药理作用机制。方法 应用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定其无机盐含量。结果 药用芦荟中无机盐含量十分丰富 ,其中含Ca 6 0 0 .0 μg/g、K 4 10 0 .0 μg/g、Mg144 9.0 μg/g、Cu 77.5 μg/g、Fe 341.7μg/g、Zn80 .5 μg/g、Se 5 2 .9μg/g、Mn 5 1.0 μg/g。 结论 药用芦荟中无机盐在临床上具有重要的药用价值

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of inorganic salts in medicinal aloe,and research the mechanism of its pharmacological action.Methods Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used for the determination.Results There were rich inorganic salts in medicinal aloe and the contents were as follows:Ca 600.0 μg/g,K 4100.0 μg/g,Mg 1449.0 μg/g,Cu 77.5 μg/g,Fe 341.7 μg/g,Zn 80.5 μg/g, Se 52.9 μg/g and Mn 52.0 μg/g.Conclusion Aloe is of great medicinal value clinicaly. |
